CLASSES

Bolt strives to efficiently teach students of all ages/levels the fundamentals of parkour, paving the way for success in life and sport. We offer Parkour Basics, Advanced Parkour & Freerunning, and Adult Parkour classes.

 

Classes at Bolt are arranged by age. (limited to a 8:1 student-teacher ratio)

Need a place for your kids to get all that energy out during vacation and days off from school? Bring them to Bolt for an awesome camp experience! Parkour instruction, races, games, and free play! Bolt offers day camp programs for kids and teens ages 6 and up during winter and spring breaks, as well as MCPS holidays during the school year.

Let Bolt help you create a special experience for your child! Our birthday parties are famous for ensuring kids have a blast! Parents get to relax and actually enjoy the fun. Really, it’s a piece of cake.

What We Teach

Preschool

Perfect for kids who like to run, climb, swing and jump while moving nonstop from start to finish. Watch your little one develop confidence, strength and dexterity as they master coordinated movement and safety skills for outside play.

Parkour

Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which practitioners (called traceurs) attempt to get from point A to point B in the most fluid, fastest and efficient way possible. This discipline builds confidence, strength, coordination and agility.

Tricking

Tricking rounds out the movement experience at Bolt. Rather than moving efficiently from point A to point B (parkour), tricking is the acrobatic component to develop dexterity, focus and confidence in movement.

Freerunning

Free-running is an athletic and acrobatic discipline incorporating an aesthetic element, and can be considered a sport or a performance art. It consists of continuous running through obstacles.

Adult Parkour

It's never too late to work on your agility, strength and skills in a super fun way. Parkour is recognized as discipline that develops coordination that is transferrable to other sports and everyday life.

Absolute blast of a trip! We took our club down for a weekend and enjoyed every second of it. The air track, trampoline, and padded blocks all provided the safety we needed to try funky flippy stuff we'd never do outside. Similarly, the equipment is easily movable and adjustable, so we were able to set up whatever we wanted. Facilities were clean and well-kept. Will definitely try to come again!
