Bolt Parkour was built on one idea: movement should be joyful, challenging, and accessible to everyone. Whether your kid has never jumped a fence or is training for competition — this is their place.
Our 7,200 sq ft North Bethesda location is purpose-built for parkour and tumbling. Vault boxes, precision rails, climbing walls, spring floors, balance obstacles, and safety mats throughout — everything a developing athlete needs to progress safely and build real skills.
We're in North Bethesda, minutes from Rockville, Kensington, Bethesda, and Potomac.
Every skill is taught with proper progression. Our coaches don't rush students — they build the foundation right.
Max 8 students per class. Every kid gets real coaching attention, not just supervised play.
Our coaches are practitioners, not just instructors. They move, they train, and they teach from experience.
Students don't just repeat the same class forever. We track skill development and move athletes forward.
We run programs for ages 3 through adult. Preschool Movement classes for the youngest movers. Parkour Basics for beginners aged 6 and up. Advanced Parkour for students who've built a foundation and want to push further. Tumbling for those focused on floor acrobatics and aerial development. Adult Parkour for anyone 18 and up, regardless of fitness level or prior experience.
We also run weekly summer camps from mid-June through mid-August, and parkour birthday parties year-round. Whether your child is 3 years old with zero experience or 15 with a gymnastics background, there's a program here that fits. The same goes for adults — you're never too old to start, and you don't need to be fit before you begin. The classes make you fit.
Since opening, we've grown to serve students from across Montgomery County and the greater DC area. Families drive from Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring, McLean, and Washington DC to train here. We've watched kids who walked in terrified of heights become athletes who approach physical challenges with creativity and confidence. That transformation is what gets us to work every day.
Every Bolt coach is a parkour practitioner first. They don't teach parkour because it was assigned to them — they teach it because they've spent years developing their own practice and want to share it. That distinction matters more than it might seem. A coach who loves the sport notices details that a generalist misses, stays engaged class after class, and teaches with a clarity that comes from personal experience.
Our coaches go through an internal training process before leading classes independently. They're coached on spotting technique, class management, age-appropriate progressions, and how to work with students who are anxious, highly energetic, or learning differently. We observe and give feedback regularly. The quality of coaching at Bolt isn't left to chance.
