Our preschool classes were created for kids who like to run, roll, swing, and climb while they build playground and school-readiness skills. We combine scripted foundational tricking and safety skills — like rolls and handstands — with motor-planning parkour skills such as vaulting, swinging, and jumping, all sequenced into a dynamic, super-fun movement experience.
Classes stay small at an 8:1 student-to-coach ratio and are led by coaches who specialize in early movement, so every child gets attention and encouragement at their own pace.
← All classesEvery class blends play with real skill-building. Over a session, kids work on:
Each 45-minute class starts with a movement warm-up and a few games to get the wiggles out. From there, coaches guide small groups through skill stations — a balance challenge, a vault, a swing — then bring it together in an obstacle course where kids put it all into play. We finish with a calm cool-down so they leave happy, not overstimulated.
Because preschoolers learn by doing, nothing is drilled for long. The energy stays high, the wins come fast, and the focus is always on building a love of movement.
Yes. Everything is taught on padded, purpose-built equipment using gradual progressions, and our small classes mean a coach is always close by.
Absolutely. These classes are built for first-timers, and coaches meet every child exactly where they are.
Around age 5–6, kids move into Parkour Basics, where they build on these foundations.
