Tysons Corner sits right at the intersection of I-495 and Route 7, making it one of the most connected locations in Northern Virginia. From Tysons, Bolt Parkour is about 20 minutes via I-495 East across the American Legion Bridge to Old Georgetown Road. It's a straightforward highway drive, and the Tysons-to-Bolt commute has become routine for a growing number of Northern Virginia families.
Northern Virginia has a strong youth sports culture, but dedicated parkour instruction is nearly nonexistent in the Tysons, Vienna, and Falls Church corridor. Bolt is purpose-built for parkour — not a gymnastics gym with a parkour add-on. We have 7,200 sq ft of dedicated parkour and tumbling space, professional coaches who are practitioners themselves, and a structured curriculum that produces real skill development over time.
We run programs from age 3 through adult, including Preschool Movement, Parkour Basics, Advanced Parkour, Tumbling, and Adult Parkour. Tysons families tend to send us kids with diverse athletic backgrounds — everything from no prior sports experience to competitive gymnasts. Adult Parkour classes on weekday evenings have become popular with Tysons professionals who cross the bridge after work.
Our parkour birthday parties draw families from across the region. A Bolt coach leads 60 minutes of obstacle courses, vaults, and parkour challenges, followed by 30 minutes for cake in our lobby — 90 minutes total, for kids ages 6 and up. Parties run Saturday evenings and fill quickly — book 5–6 weeks in advance for best availability.
From Tysons, take I-495 East (Capital Beltway) across the American Legion Bridge into Maryland. Exit at Old Georgetown Road and head north approximately 2 miles. The drive is typically 20 minutes without traffic. Free parking at our North Bethesda facility.
We'll be closed July 4th for Independence Day, then right back to our regular schedule. Have a safe & happy Fourth!
