Parkour & Freerunning

Ages 10–adult  ·  90-minute classes  ·  $185/month  ·  Invitation only

Parkour & Freerunning (PK&FR) is our advanced, invitation-only class for traceurs who have graduated from Parkour Basics. It's where foundational skills become fluid, expressive movement.

Students flow through ever-changing courses, linking jumps, vaults, climbs, and bar skills while adding height, distance, speed, and acrobatic elements. For safety, coaches continually assess readiness and may move a student back to Basics to shore up specific skills.

What you'll work on

PK&FR pushes foundational skills into advanced territory:

  • Advanced vaults
Bigger, faster, more technical obstacle clears.
  • Precision & strides
    Long, accurate jumps under control.
  • Wall runs & cat leaps
    Using vertical surfaces with confidence.
  • Bar swings & laches
Releasing and catching with timing and power.
  • Acrobatic elements
Adding flips and rotations into lines.
  • Flow & lines
    Stringing it all together expressively.

What a class looks like

These 90-minute sessions open with a thorough warm-up and conditioning, then move into technical skill work on specific movements. Coaches set ever-changing courses where students apply skills at speed, progressively adding height, distance, and acrobatic elements as control allows.

The longer format gives advanced movers the time to refine technique, take smart risks, and develop their own style — always within a structured, safety-first environment.

The advanced movements require a solid foundation. The invitation process keeps every student safe and the class challenging for the right level.

What if my child isn't ready yet?
