Parkour & Freerunning (PK&FR) is our advanced, invitation-only class for traceurs who have graduated from Parkour Basics. It's where foundational skills become fluid, expressive movement.
Students flow through ever-changing courses, linking jumps, vaults, climbs, and bar skills while adding height, distance, speed, and acrobatic elements. For safety, coaches continually assess readiness and may move a student back to Basics to shore up specific skills.

These 90-minute sessions open with a thorough warm-up and conditioning, then move into technical skill work on specific movements. Coaches set ever-changing courses where students apply skills at speed, progressively adding height, distance, and acrobatic elements as control allows.
The longer format gives advanced movers the time to refine technique, take smart risks, and develop their own style — always within a structured, safety-first environment.
Students graduate into PK&FR from Parkour Basics. Coaches invite movers once they've shown the skills and control to train safely at this level.
The advanced movements require a solid foundation. The invitation process keeps every student safe and the class challenging for the right level.
That's the norm — most students spend time in Parkour Basics and Tricking first, building toward an invitation.
If your mover has outgrown Parkour Basics, reach out and we'll talk about the next step.
