Tricking Classes

Ages 5–adult  ·  60-minute classes  ·  $160/month

Tricking is the art of flips, kicks, and aerials — a blend of martial arts, gymnastics, and freerunning. At Bolt, rolls, handstands, and flips are taught with proper technique using progressions, so students build real, impressive skills safely.

Solid tricking fundamentals — shaping, strength, and flexibility — give athletes the base they need to advance into Parkour & Freerunning, where parkour and tricking combine for fluid, expressive movement.

What you'll learn

Tricking builds acrobatic skill from the ground up:

  • Safety rolls
The foundation for landing every trick safely.
  • Handstands & shaping
Body control and the shapes flips are built on.
  • Cartwheels & aerials
Rotational skills with and without hands.
  • Flip progressions
Step-by-step paths to front and back flips.
  • Strength & flexibility
The conditioning that makes tricks possible.
  • Kicks & combos
Linking moves into smooth, powerful sequences.

What a class looks like

Each 60-minute class starts with a warm-up and targeted conditioning to build the strength and flexibility tricking demands. Coaches then run skill drills — using the air track, trampoline, and soft blocks — so students can rotate and flip with confidence before taking skills to the floor.

Everything is taught through progressions and hands-on spotting, so each new trick is earned safely, one controlled step at a time.
