Bolt uses an auto-pay monthly subscription, billed on the 1st of each month — smaller monthly payments instead of large session fees, with the flexibility to enroll anytime and cancel at the end of any month.
Anytime. If you register for a class that meets the same day, the system assumes your child will attend that day — if not, wait until the next day to enroll.
It's generous: you accumulate make-ups for as long as you're enrolled (in class or on Hold). Email hello@boltparkour.com to schedule one.
Set an end date in your account and email us to confirm at least 7 days before the 1st of the next month. We bill on the 1st and can't refund months that weren't cancelled in time.
Need a break but want to keep your make-ups? Hold status is $25/month and preserves your accumulated make-ups until you're ready to return.
Yes — switch anytime through the portal. The system credits your old class toward the new one and bills any difference.
