Summer camp is a great taste of parkour, but fall is where kids actually build skills. Weekly classes mean the same coach, the same crew, and steady progression from September through the school year. Kids who start in fall walk into winter with real vaults, real precision jumps, and real confidence — and fall spots fill first, because returning families re-enroll before new ones arrive.
Most of our athletes started exactly there. Beginners are the norm in Parkour Basics, not the exception, and our coaches teach progressions — nobody is thrown at a vault they're not ready for. If you're weighing safety, read our honest take on parkour safety, and our age guide covers what to expect at each stage.
Classes run weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends at our 7,200 sq ft North Bethesda gym, so most families find a slot that works around school. Enrollment is rolling — you can join mid-season — but class caps are firm, so the popular after-school slots go early. See the current schedule to find your day.
Book a trial class and see how it lands — most kids know within one session. Our first-class guide covers what to wear and bring. Bolt Parkour is at 4950 Boiling Brook Pkwy, North Bethesda, serving Bethesda, Rockville, Kensington, Potomac, and Chevy Chase. Questions? Contact us and we'll help you pick the right class.
